A: If you need to take a leave of absence during the course, please inform us one day before class (if you are on sick leave, please inform us two hours before class). Today's class will be postponed.

A: After the course starts, if you notify us to cancel the order before the class duration reaches one-third of the total course hours, the remaining amount will be refunded after deducting 50% of the fee.
