Introduction

This is a book on deep learning written for beginners. It breaks through the difficult theories and incomprehensible programming languages, introduces web tools such as Teachable Machine and Tensorflow Playground, and leads readers into the knowledge field of deep learning and neural networks in an easy-to-understand way. With detailed practical steps, you can also learn step by step how to create AI visual recognition applications such as cat and dog recognition and face recognition access control.

The authors of this book are the AI4kids team, who were invited by the Ministry of Education's National Education Administration to share AI teaching at the National High School Directors' Conference and were featured in a special article for Parenting World magazine. Team members are alumni of the AIA Taiwan Artificial Intelligence School . The team has expertise in software technology, innovative research and development, engineering management, and e-commerce marketing . Because of their passion for AI technology education, they have invested in AI lesson plan development and teaching. Their goal is to inspire children's curiosity and imagination by teaching them hands-on AI topics, and to help them use various programs or platform tools to explore and create their own AI applications.
